Here at Cobalt's, we want you to LOVE your purchase! If you receive your order and it does not work out for you, we can exchange it for you or give you store credit to spend another time! You have 14 days from the time you receive your order to email firstname.lastname@example.org and send back your order. We will then send you your new item or issue your store credit when we have received the item!
If the item comes in damaged, worn, or smells like smoke it will be returned to you with no option to exchange it or receive store credit. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs in order to send your items back.
