RETURN POLICY

IN STORE SALES
We offer exchange or store credit in the event your items don't work out for you! Your order must be returned in the store within 14 days of the sale with tags and a receipt. We do not accept items that have been worn, washed, or smell.
ONLINE SALES
If you ordered your item online, you have 14 days from the delivery date to email us and ship back your return. Please email us at info@shopcobalts.com to let us know you will be returning your order and please include the order number in your email. You must send back your order within the 14 day period to be eligible for exchange or store credit. We do not accept items that have been worn, washed, or smell. If we believe that any of these have occurred, we will return the items back to you.

Once we RECEIVE the item, we can send you an email with your store credit (website) or we can add your credit into your app account. Please let us know how you'd like to be credited or if you'd like to go ahead and exchange it for something else!
CHRISTMAS RETURNS
The deadline for Christmas exchanges are 1/15/2025. Please include your gift receipt. If you choose store credit, please know that your store credit will expire 1/31/2025. After this date, all store credits for Christmas will be invalid.
